Education:

  • Degree holder in a relevant discipline e.g. HR/Business Admin
  • Post-Graduate qualification in HR desirable e.g. PG Dip/MSc/MBA (HR)
  • Professional certification in HR desirable e.g. CIPD

 

Languages Required:

English written and oral.

 

Minimum Requirement:

  • Deep understanding of the use of behavioural competencies in the performance management process.
  • Highly skilled communicator/facilitator.
  • High levels of impact and influence.
  • Strong analytical skills.

 

Job Scope:

  • Manages and co-ordinates the performance management function. Includes being the Comapany's  focal point and subject matter expert for all issues related to performance management/appraisal.
  • Successfully implements and maintains the Performance Management system developed by the Employee Development Project Team.
  • Ensures all employees with people management responsibility have the skills to undertake effective performance appraisal discussions and understand their role in the overall performance management process.
  • Designs and leads in-house training sessions on conducting one-to-one performance reviews.
  • Designs and leads workshops for managers and supervisors on performance management process and procedures.
  • Through the PM system, provides data on employee training needs to Corporate Training team.
  • Develops literature for managers and employees to communicate performance management process.

 

 

 

Experience:

  • 8-10 years experience in a related role.
  • Experience implementing/leading best practice approaches to performance management.
  • Experience designing and leading training sessions/workshops related to performance management.
