Universtiy degree in Geophysics or Geological Sciences. BS degree required, MS degree preferred.

Job Scope:

Interpreter Geophysicist is a senior level position and will work in a Houston based collaborative team environment; taking the lead on all geophysical aspects realted to the progression of our evaluation of PNZ exploration activities. Activities will include coordination with multi-disciplinary technical team members to insure the appropriate utilization of geophysical analysis and related technologies for the purpose of opportunity rick-reward assessment. Candidates must be familiar with Landmark interpretation software, 3d visualization techniques and RPFS (reservoir properties from seismic) analysis. Strong team work, verbal and written communication skills are required for this position. Proper documentation is a msut. Effective representation to government and partners will be critical.Travel to Kuwait, as required for meetings and presentations.

 

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of previous related experience.
