Job Scope:

Reporting to the Quality and Product Finishing Manager, the QL head is responsible for leading the quality department which also includes the analytical lab.Reporting to the Quality and Product Finishing Manager, the QL head is responsible for leading the quality department which also includes the analytical lab.

Reporting to the Quality and Product Finishing Manager, the QL head is responsible for leading the quality department which also includes the analytical lab.

Responsible for:

1) the development of safe operating procedures,  quality procedures and personnel training and

2) the setting-up and supervising day to day functions of the lab and quality systems,  implementation of Laboratory Information Management Systems, evaluation of the results of analysis with respect to the plant operation.

The head monitors product operation and quality and investigates quality issues, working with the production and product finishing departments to improve the quality of the process, using data collected from the operations and applying problem-solving techniques in chemical analysis.  

 

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of quality and lab experience, with at least 5 years in polysilicon and/or related chemical analysis.  Managerial experience of at least 5 years is also desired. Experiences of 1) chemical analyses using GC, GC-MS, GC-AED, ICP-MS, IC, LT FT-IR, FZ grower, in clean room environment, etching and wafering of silicon, and operation of Lab CVD and 2) ISO ratification of 9001, 14001, 18001 are highly recommended. Experience with processing Solar/Electronic components in clean rooms is necessary.
