Education:

A minimum of college diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field is required.

Excellent in written and oral English is requireed.

Job Scope:

Provide support for the ultratrace chemical analysis using ICP-MS, ICP-OES, GC-MS, GC, IQC to monitor the process operation and the quality of intermediate and final products, and other areas as needed.  

The quality specialist is responsible:

1) to develop the pretreatment procedure for sub ppba analysis of chlorosilane, hydrogen and HCl,

2) to support the ultra trace chemical analysis of lab technicians and

3) to initiate the continuous improvement plans.

The specialist monitors product operation and quality and investigates quality issues, working with the production and product finishing departments to improve the quality of the process, using data collected from the operations and applying problem-solving techniques in chemical analysis.  

 

Experience:

7+ years working with product quality using ultratrace chemical analysis techniques.

Experience with processing Solar/Electronic components and clean rooms is preferred. 

Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
