Job Scope:

Provide support to product harvesting, crushing, packaging, slim rod preparation and other areas as needed. Planning and coordination of product harvesting and slim rod preparation to meet the production schedule and to maximize efficiency .

Reporting to the Product Finishing Head, the Product Finishing Specialist is responsible for engineering related support for the product finishing department. The engineer’s responsibilities are

1) to support the product harvesting, crushing and packaging, and the slim rod preparation

2) to lead the development of detailed safe startup, operating and maintenance procedures and departmental policy and

3) to assist in training personnel.

Participate in HAZOP study and quality analysis.

Provide operational support in product finishing area, slim rod preparation area and final product storage area. Leads trouble shooting and process optimization efforts. Supervise equipment maintenance activities and product tracking.

Work closely with QC and Production Departments for maintaining product quality and production goals. 

 

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of chemical plant operational experience, with at least 1 year in the production/material handling of polysilicon and specific experience with HF/HNO3, filament manufacturing, and clean rooms.
