Location:

Doha, Qatar

 

Education:

BSc. Chemical Engineering from an internationally recognized University.  Membership in a recognised professional engineering institution is preferable.

 

Languages Required:

English written and oral. 

 

Minimum Requirement:

Familiarity with international safety and loss prevention codes, standards, regulations and project specifications; along with risk assessment, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS and QRA analysis and studies.  Strong technical, communication, reporting and leadership skills.  Proven ability to manage safety, HAZOP and QRA workshops in major project environment.  Effective Team Player.

 

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years experience in Safety and Loss Prevention engineering design for oil & gas major Offshore and Onshore projects (from project initiation to engineering, construction and commissioning).
