Location:

Education:

• BSc. degree in instrumentation/control engineering from a reputable international institution is a must.
• Higher academic or professional qualification is preferred to embrace the project commercial dimensions and job complexity

 

 

Languages Required:

English written and oral.

 

Minimum Requirement:

Significant knowledge of C & I design implementation and operation of downstream technologies and strong awareness of economics, business development and contracts negotiations.

 

 

Job Scope:

• Leads the development and implementation of the C & I components of international downstream projects at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start-up.
• Emphasis is made on conducting the projects definition and execution subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up.

 

Experience:

• 15 years of relevant experience past qualification in downstream C & I operations & design, project engineering, economics and development in the downstream industry or in an integrated refining/petrochemical facility.
