Education:

University degree in finance/accounting.

 

Languages Required:

English written and oral.

 

Minimum Requirement:

• Professional finace / accounting international qualification.
• Experience in financing / accounting systems and tools
• Should have a sound knowledge of commercial issues such as contracts, negotiations, cost estimate and control.

 

Job Scope:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Projects financial management aspects and delivery of the business plan. This includes advice and guidance on all aspects of accountability, financial, corporate governance, risk and control matters.
• Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored including credit control. Manage day to day financial control of services within agreed budget.
• Monitor performance and address contracts claims and variation.
• Develop independent anlaysis and forecast for review by the project team, where he feels the contracts forecast are incomplete, in error or misleading
• Represent the Company, where applicable with third parties.
• Ensure that statutory financial information and associated activities meets and contributes to the Companies business objectives.

 

 

Experience:

20 years post qualification experience in Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry financing with working experience on major multinational projects.
