Minimum Requirement:

• Knowledge of natural gas transmission pipeline operations, both physical and commercial.
• Knowledge of tariff design, regulatory process and the national pipeline regulatory regime of Canada and the US (NEB and FERC, respectively).
• Project management and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. 

 

 

Job Scope:

Under the direction of the Manager, Supply Development, the BDM is responsible for the identification, evaluation and development of growth and sustainment opportunities with a focus on services that induce and assure the supply of natural gas and NGL’s to the Canadian or US systems.

 

Experience:

At least 8 years experience in natural gas pipeline and NGL infrastructure development.
