Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus relevant certifications such as PMP. Possession of an MBA will be a definite advantage.

 

Languages Required:

Excellent English spoken & written; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

 

Minimum Requirement:

• Proficient with all aspects of Project Management.
• Extensive experience of entire project life cycle on several projects.
• Clear understanding of Engineering and construction deliverables.
• Experience managing consultants/ contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices.
• Strategic thinking skills with ability to solve project and business problems.
• Change management skills and ability to perform effectively in start-up company environment.
• Hands on experience organizational Development capabilities/ Skills.
• Well-developed report writing and presentations skills

 

Job Scope:

Responsible for planning, executing and finalizing the overall engineering and construction initiatives for the project from conception to completion while ensuring safe and successful delivery of the project within budget, on schedule and in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and applicable government codes; including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors/ consultants all within established project methodologies. 

 

Experience:

Minimum of 20 years experience in Project Management gained within a PMC Team, EPC Team or in handling large diversified projects for industrial, oil & gas or relates sectors.
