Minimum Requirement:

• Experience in Streamlines Simulation.
• Experience in modeling and evaluating horizontal and multi-laterals well technology.
• Experience in naturally fractured reservoirs modeling (Dual porosity/Dual permeability), faulted reservoirs using unstructured gridding and/or compositional modeling, Knowledge of miscible gas EOR studies.
• Experience in developing equations of state and associated lab procedures for generating fluid property data employed in equation of state tuning.
• Familiar with reservoir description technology employing geo-statistical methodology and be able to coordinate and direct integrated reservoir description projects.

Job Scope:

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Reservoir Simulation Engineer with advanced compositional simulation and enhanced oil recovery expertise.

• Perform special simulation modeling techniques for complex reservoirs such as fractured reservoirs, faulted reservoirs, rich gas condensates reservoirs, highly heterogeneous reservoirs, compartmentalized reservoirs, benched out and/or inter-coming led reservoirs.
• Perform model construction, history matching, calibration, prediction runs, and analysis and develop value-added solutions to address reservoir management challenges and requirements.
• Demonstrated record of successfully completing a significant number of practical reservoir studies involving reservoir description, fluid and rock property generation and compositional simulation.
• Integrates SCAL core analyses and PVT data during the development of integrated models for full field development plans.
• Conduct compositional simulation studies to assist in the design and management of CO2 floods pilot design and implementation project.
• To conduct pilot study for Miscible EOR processes.
• Propose and study various alternatives to develop new fields and/or optimize current producing/injection schemes and strategies.
• Propose and implement new ideas to improve the simulation modeling workflow process.
• Provide training, mentoring and coaching to less experienced or new engineers.

 

Experience:

Minimum 15 years’ experience in reservoir engineering discipline.
